# Crystal Lumen v3a — Geode Bloom (faithful): B-lydian glass/bell wonder, the foxfire bell canon `crystal-lumen-v3a` — levels: `calm.mp3` · `activity1.mp3` · `activity2.mp3` · `danger1.mp3` · `danger2.mp3` Take A is the FAITHFUL reading of the row's glass/bell wonder: the most direct, polished realization of the §4.2 design notes in B lydian, 76 BPM (danger 84). It is also the FOXFIRE family HOME (§7.4) — the reference statement is the BELL CANON: a glassBell lead from B-3 (the family's warm low-middle register) answered at the fifth two beats later by a second glassBell via transposeDegrees(+4) on the canon channel. The bed (calm, ch0-3) is glassArmonica held tones whose vibrato blooms late over a soft pad, the sub once per two bars, and one or two low glassBell facets catching the light — complete standing-still music, idle is turning slowly with your head back. Activity L1 (ch4-5) is the bell canon itself: the FOXFIRE statement plus its answer at the fifth. Activity L2 (ch6-7) ADDS new material, not volume: a caveCelesta echo trail an octave below (the gallery answering a bar later) AND a soft counter voice with a sparse mid arp — the canon filled out into a hall. Danger is ENCOUNTER music, abstract, with zero horror (resonance shatter = too-much-beauty, per the brief): danger1 (ch8-9) is first signs — the bell patches detuned a few cents SHARP into faint over-rings just after the bar line (your own note coming back wrong) plus a single glassy crack, real material rather than near-silence. danger2 (ch10-11) is a GENUINE intensity jump at the faster 84 BPM danger tempo: the gallery ringing back full — bright detuned rings high (the one earned use of the top register) over a DRIVING crack-tick shatter pattern, the clusters tightening onto the downbeat at the wrap. New material + far more density + faster tempo, never danger1 louder. No piano is used (the lead is the brief's named glass bank — glassBell + caveCelesta — so the struckPiano fix does not bite; the old feltPiano is absent). No ambient soundscape is rendered: the §4.2 refraction-haze shimmer-drone Depth note is RETIRED, its glow folded PITCHED into the bright high glassBell facets and the armonica bloom; noise appears only as the struck crackTick shatter transients in the danger ladder. Fully diatonic B lydian throughout — the lydian #4 (E#/F) is the mode's own bright facet, leaned into deliberately, not chromaticism.
